Instead of writing a prompt in a text box, you can set tone, greeting, empathy, emojis, brand voice, and more by choosing from dropdowns.

Existing Custom Instructions were migrated automatically and continue working as before.

Availability: all plans. Free and Essential get one style. Team and Enterprise get unlimited styles.

Feedback summary report is live

Get a high-level overview of rating and review sentiment with automated weekly or monthly reports.

  • New issues: catch bugs, technical problems, or new user pain points faster.
  • Positive reviews: discover what users love most about your app.
  • Negative reviews: identify pain points and areas for improvement.

Reports can be translated into supported languages, and you can choose which summary categories to receive.

Create app groups for unified review feeds

Group sources such as App Store apps, Google Play apps, Trustpilot pages, and more to track feedback for the same product across multiple channels.
